Shauna wanted to wear her wedding dress again to celebrate her 10 years wedding anniversary. So, we turned her wedding dress into a jumpsuit.

1950 Vintage Prom dress in red silk. The idea was to give a modern twist to the dress by adding a lacing made with a fine matching ribbon.

Working with delicate lace, silk, tulle, beads and sequins fabrics

This is the making of Jenny’s wedding dress… Jenny bought a preloved dress for an ethical reason and because she was looking for a French lace. She found this beautiful Chantilly lace wedding dress but the bust of the dress was poorly embellished. So, we decided to keep it very light and delicate by layering a very soft tulle around the front and back of the bodice. The 50’s vintage effect complemented perfectly the style of the Chantilly lace skirt.

Kirsten was wearing a separates, but the skirt was too asymmetric and she wanted it the seam length, from front to back. I balanced the front and back length and the back lace was removed and sewn in a different place.

Francesca’dress was too small so I added and embellished a back panel…
